HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND? 

PRYSM is strictly a 21+ venue.  No exceptions. 

WHAT ARE YOUR ID POLICIES? 

A valid form of federal or state-issued photo ID (drivers license, state ID, passport) is required as proof of age in order to enter PRYSM. 

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any customer who cannot produce a valid ID. We also reserve the right to ask for a second form of ID if the first form is unacceptable or unclear.

Acceptable forms of identification:

  • A valid, current drivers license issued by the Illinois Secretary of State Office or any other state.
  • A valid photo identification card issued by the Illinois Secretary of State Office or any other state.
  • Armed Forces Identification.
  • A valid U.S. Passport or travel visa/passport issued by a foreign country containing the holder’s photograph.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? 

PRYSM Dress Code is SMART UPSCALE ATTIRE: No baseball hats, no shorts, no heavy or oversized chains, no athletic hoodies, no baggy clothes, no gym shoes, no athletic wear. Collared shirts and fashionable forward clothing is recommended and at the discretion of the door. Any exercise of discretion under this dress code shall be applied in a gender-neutral, non discriminatory manner, in accordance with all applicable law. 

WHAT ARE THE PARKING OPTIONS? 

There is a privately owned valet parking lot directly adjacent to the club (this company is not associated with PRYSM and valet parking pricing is dependent on date/event).

Limited street parking is also available. Please read the parking signs for more information.

We strongly encourage using public transportation or rideshare options.

WHAT ARE THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS? 

TRAIN

Take Red Line Train to the North/Clybourn stop which will leave you .3 miles away from PRYSM

BUS

#72 Bus (West/East)  to Kingsbury St. stop which will leave you to walk 2 blocks South until you reach the club. 

#8 Bus (North/South) to North Ave. stop which will leave you to walk 5 blocks SW until you reach the club.

HOW DO I FIND LOST BELONGINGS? 

Please email info@prysmchicago.com your full name, date of visit, and full description of lost belongings (include coat check ticket # if belongings were left in our coat check).  The more information the better.

If belongings are found, pick-up hours coincide with our normal venue hours.  

Sunday, Monday, and Friday | 10:00pm - 4:00am

Saturdays | 10:00pm - 5:00am

IS THERE SEATING?

Seating is reserved for bottle service.  Special cases will be accommodated.

IS PRYSM ADA FRIENDLY? 

PRYSM meets all ADA guidelines.

WHAT CAN I NOT BRING INTO THE VENUE? 

  • No food, beverages, or beverage containers (including re-usable water bottles). Discovery of outside alcohol will result in immediate ejection from the venue.

  • No backpacks or large bags (larger than 16" by 16" x 8")

  • No sharpies or markers.

  • No weapons (even with a concealed weapons permit), chains, pocket knives and Leatherman-style or Swiss Army-style tools, or objects security and performers/tour personnel think could possibly be used as a weapon.

  • No non-labeled/improperly-packaged prescription drugs or eye drops (non-prescription or prescription). Discovery of illegal drugs will result in immediate ejection from the venue.

  • The policy for cameras and audio/video recording devices varies by event. Typically, non-professional cameras (point-and-shoot cameras without a detachable lens, or camera phones) are allowed, but we comply with the artist/tour policy for each event, and larger cameras or audio/video devices may be allowed on select shows. Other artists/tours may prohibit any cameras or recording devices altogether. Please email info@prysmchicago.com, if you have questions about the policy for a particular event.

IS THERE A SMOKING SECTION? 

Smoking is prohibited inside of PRYSM. There is a designated outdoor smoking area located in the adjacent valet parking lot for your convenience.

IS THERE COAT CHECK? 

Yes, you can check your coat and personal belongings in a secured area for a $5 fee.
